This is another popular dish that our customers order over and over again. This dish has a great balance of ingredients, with no single taste overpowering it. The light lobster-sherry base provides a great finish to smooth the dish out.
You will receive all ingredients fully prepped, sliced, and diced. The fresh ingredients of this dish are neatly sealed in containers and vacuum-sealed bags. The lobster tails will be cleaned, cold-packed, and shipped in the shell. The pasta is vacuum-sealed and par-cooked. All other ingredients will be stored in separate containers and packed in insulated ice-packed boxes.
The total cooking time is less than 15 minutes.

The temperature of the ingredients should maintain a temperature no greater than 42 degrees. All food should be cooked or refrigerated the day you receive your package.
